My rates are based on the project scope, level of difficulty, and due date. You can fill out my contact form and I will email you a quick free estimate. If you decide to move forward with the project, a formal quote will be created, which will go in detail about all the aspects of the project.
What does the cost include?
My rates include my creative brief, design process, three revision rounds, and final source files. Additional fees apply to more than three revisions.
Do you offer price-matching?
Design is not a commodity. As you choose the right designer for your project, I choose clients that understand the value of my work and the process involved in it.
What source files do you provide?
I work with industry standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, etc.) The source files are normally determined by the type and final destination of the project. Most of my work is created in vector format. Files are generally delivered in, but are not limited to EPS, SVG, PLT, PDF, JPEG and PNG formats.
What is your normal timeframe for projects?
The normal timeframe of any project is determined by the size of and type of project. The timeframe is also based on the completion of the creative brief, the research involved, and the amount of revisions. The constant communication with the client is central in the overall workflow and timeframe of any project.
How do you deliver concepts?
All concepts are delivered via email as an image or PDF file. They will be accompanied by a creative brief of the concepts.
How soon do you deliver concepts?
In most design projects, I deliver concepts in a fairly reasonable time. In most logo design projects, I will deliver concepts within three business days. A date for the delivery of concepts will be confirmed in the formal quote for the project.
What is your payment policy?
In most cases, I require a 50% deposit to start any project, and the remaining balance after completion and before the delivery of the files. All invoicing is done through PayPal. All prices and payment processes are stated in the formal estimate.
Do you charge a rush fee?
I require a 25% rush fee for any project that is due within 24 hours of being quoted.
How do you deliver the final files?
Once payment is processed, source files will be delivered electronically in a ZIP file. In the case a copy of the files is needed in hard format, a CD of the files can be mailed at an additional cost ($15).
Are you available over the phone?
I am normally available over the phone Mondays to Fridays from 9 am to 7 pm, (US Eastern Time).
